Low Poly Character

The aim of this assignment was to produce a 3D model of myself for a campus video game. by the end of this we were supposed to have a fully textured, fully animated version of ourselves ready to be uploaded. However due some classroom issues we were not able to progress far with these avatars. 







Underwater Creature Concept Art



For this assignment I was supposed to design a under water creature.
To start off I just made a moodboard of under water creatures which had particularly, unique traits.

I based these three designs on and eel, a whale, and a clam. my original idea was to produce the eel creature, however I thought it might be more interesting to merge aspects of the eel with the Whale Design, therefore making it more original.






 I took a few screen shots while I modelled the creature in 3DS Max.

This was the final position I wanted the camera in for my concept. The camera looking up at the whale creature really gives the idea that it is of a huge size, which is what i wanted.
